The MS 362 chain saw, with the addition of the Quickstop Plus Chain Braking feature.

The MS 362 C-Q has the great power-to-weight ratio of the MS 362, with an additional chain braking feature. Standard on all STIHL chain saws is the STIHL Quickstop Chain Braking System, which is designed to stop the chain within a fraction of a second to reduce the risk of injury. The chain brake is either activated by the front hand guard, or by the inertia of certain kickback situations. The additional STIHL Quickstop Plus feature is designed to stop the chain in one second when you completely release your right hand from the rear handle.
