Equipped with the all-new second-generation high-performance mid-mounted motor, the peak power has surged to 21 kW, an increase of over 68% compared to the previous generation! The maximum torque of the drive wheel has increased by 16%, reaching an astonishing 377ft-lbs. A new Turbo riding mode has been added, allowing acceleration from 0 to 31mph in just 2 seconds! HairPin motor

The second-generation motor of the ULTRA BEE serves as a powerful power core, utilizing a new HairPin winding technology that significantly increases the motor's filling factor, resulting in higher efficiency and improved heat dissipation. Additionally, the embedded permanent magnets in the rotor maximize the magnetic reluctance torque at low speeds, enhancing torque density. With better weak magnetic performance, the motor achieves higher speeds, with a maximum rotational speed of 7,000 rpm, and maintains peak power output from 2,000 rpm to 7,000 rpm.

High-performance Battery Pack

The all-new 74V60Ah lithium battery pack is equipped with a safe and efficient battery management module, delivering abundant and stable power. Featuring distributed temperature sensors and a microcontroller with CAN communication protocol, it ensures high power load capacity and extended lifespan. Weighing only 47lbs, the battery pack is easily removable, allowing for convenient charging anytime, anywhere.

The battery cells used in the battery packs of the Surron products are provided by high-quality suppliers around the world, and all of them have passed the US UL certification.

Automotive-grade BMS (battery management system) accurately detects and ensures that the battery pack operates in strict accordance with the safety range of the power map, taking into account the safety and performance of use.

A high-performance battery must withstand rigorous testing. Before being launched, SURRON electric motorcycles undergo extensive trials with dozens of production models tested across various scenarios. Over 18 months and more than 62137.1 miles of comprehensive onroad or offroad testing, coupled with over 200 safety and performance evaluations, ensure reliability. The battery complies with international certifications, including UN38.3, MSDS, CE, and RoHS.

The ULTRA BEE adheres to the SURRON'S design philosophy of "Balance Is Perfection". The frame is made of forged aluminum alloy, tailored to the ULTRA BEE'S dedicated power system. The front-to-rear weight ratio is 50:50. The whole bike weighs merely 195lbs, making it easily liftable, even with bare hands.

The new carbon fiber core belt has excellent load capacity per unit width, excellent wear resistance and low thermal expansion coefficient, and the ultimate strength is increased by 60%.
The surface of the pulley is coated with tungsten carbide, which is second only to diamond in wear resistance and hardness, greatly improves the strength and life of the pulley.
