The 2025 Light Bee power system has been fully upgraded, and after high-intensity testing by top riders at home and abroad, and continuous optimization and tuning, the fit degree of the power system has reached an ideal state, and many key parameters such as power, torque, and acceleration have been greatly improved, which can adapt to more changeable and complex riding scenarios.

High Performance Mid-motor
The powerful power heart has witnessed the off-road road of tens of thousands of Light Bee owners. After years of iterative optimization, reliability and stability have reached a new level. With a peak power of 8000W, it can bring the maximum torque of 196.2ft-lbs at wheel and reach a top speed of 46.6mph. The maximum motor speed exceeds 5500rpm and can maintain peak power output from 1500rpm to 5000rpm. The 38UH high-grade permanent magnet material can withstand high temperatures up to 180°C, and is suitable for harsher use conditions and fierce riding environments.

FOC Smart Controller
The newly upgraded internal hardware structure is optimized for the high-performance motor of Light Bee, making the three-phase current layout more uniform, greatly improving the current passing capacity. After hundreds of verifications under different scenarios, it ensures continuous and stable power output; The continuously improved the algorithm program to further understand the rider's intention, and the whole bike control is more accurate and delicate.

The all-new 60V40Ah lithium battery pack
505 cell, equipped with safe and efficient battery management module, making its output powerful and stable. Distributed multiple temperature sensors and SCM 485 communication protocol ensure the battery pack's high power load capacity and service life.
The entire battery pack weighs only 25.6lbs, can be quickly taken out in 10 seconds, charge easily anytime, anywhere.

The battery cells used in the battery packs of the Surron products are provided by high-quality suppliers around the world, and all of them have passed the strict US UL certification.

-Automotive-grade BMS (battery management system) accurately detects and ensures that the battery pack operates in strict accordance with the safety range of the power map, taking into account the safety and performance of use.

Excellent PACK structure, using high-strength composite engineering plastics, aluminum alloy lightweight shell, ensuring strength and heat dissipation. IP67 protection level and up to 50G acceleration impact resistance, reducing the probability of battery failure in extreme working environments, accidental bumps and other special conditions, escorting your exploration road.

High-performance batteries must stand the test of high standards. Before the launch of Surron models, at least dozens of production bikes have been tested in different scenarios for up to 18 months and more than 62140miles of comprehensive roads, and passed more than 200 safety performance tests, in line with UN38.3/MSDS/CE/RoHS and other international certifications.

7.8in front fork travel

Upgraded from the inside out! The 7 series aluminum alloy custom gold outer tube greatly improves the overall rigidity and strength, and the effective travel reaches 7.8in, which is handy for absorbing and slowing down large impact vibrations.
The inner tube is made of 7 series aluminum alloy, upgraded with black hard anodic coating, smooth and silky compression return, three-section spring design with different pounds, soft at initial section, more bearing capacity in the middle and rear sections, and matched with sliding bearings, providing stable support and precise handling whether used on trail crossing or tracks.

The rebound damping, spring preload are adjustable in multiple stages, and the adjustable air pressure assist function of 80-120psi is provided to further improve the load capacity, which can be adjusted according to different usage scenarios to find a more suitable riding style for you.

Intersect TR Rear Shock System
The multi-link rear suspension system, with 10.5in fully adjustable cylinder rear shock absorber and 450lbs high-strength alloy spring, the appearance is integrated with the bike shape and structure, and the shock absorption performance is also matched according to the use characteristics of the Light Bee, so that the tire always maintains the best grip ability.

Front 19" and rear 18" professional off-road wheels

The newly upgraded front 70/100-19, rear 3.00-18 wheel set, dense tire teeth to ensure strong grip. Compared with the previous generation the rear rim is changed to 18 inches while the outer tire diameter remains the same, resulting in a larger tire width and thicker wall, increasing comfort while further improving off-road performance and ability to get out of trouble.

Hard-core braking system, integrated forged opposite 4-piston
The upgraded one-piece forged opposed 4-piston brake system has thickened the brake hose and greatly improved strength, and the brake fluid has been increased to ensure that each piston can push the brake pads evenly and forcefully, so as to provide stable and powerful braking power. The braking feel is light and linear, and it only needs one finger to hold in place, making your exploration trip more comfortable and worry-free!
