These systems are intended for the heaviest jobs, serving large crushers in high production situations. The series carries hammers weighing up through 5,555 lbs. (2,520 kg). Such a hammer will break a 1 meter boulder with a compressive strength of 30,000 to 40,000 psi (210 -276 mpa). The TX & TXG Extra duty Rock Breakers are available with horizontal reach measurements exceeding 37 ft. (11 meters). TX boom systems are custom made, with variations suited to individual site requirements.

• Construction: very heavy duty tubular steel construction, reinforced at all critical points. Cylinders are welded construction with spherical bearings.

• Extra massive pedestal base, large kingpins and swing post.

• Power units: Tramac produces hydraulic power units to match all hammer-boom combinations. Units are electric motor/fixed-displacement gear pump design with elevated reservoir and integrated tank and stand. They are provided with voltage specs and accessories as required by your site.

• Controls: state of the art electro-hydraulic joystick control system. Radio controlled joystick systems are available accessories.

• Customized set-up: Tramac engineers will work with you to ensure that the boom system is properly sited for optimum production.
