2017 Tramac CDB-60

This series is designed for the needs of the construction aggregate and hard rock mining industries. CDB units are optimally configured when matched with a 3,000 ft.lbs (4,070 Joules) impact class breaker. Configured as such these units will excel when breaking material with compressive strength in the range of 15,000 to 20,000 psi (100 140 mpa).

• Construction--heavy-duty welded steel box sections, reinforced at stress points.

• Protection for hydraulics and cylinders--hydraulic lines routed neatly inside boom and dipperstick. Lift cylinder housed safely within the main boom section.

• Controls--manually activated hydraulic 4-lever controls with electric servo valve for hammer. Optional: Highest quality electro-hydraulic dual joystick system.

• Hydraulic power unit--modern design, heavy duty fabricated steel assembly with tank positioned above pump, includes electric motor (customer specified voltage), coupler, pump(s), filters, oil level sight. Other options available include oil cooler, tank heater, low level and high temperature warning devices.

• Automatic lubrication and centralized manual lube manifold are optionally available
