2018 Simex Screening Buckets for Excavator VSE 30

Thanks to their patented mechanism, Simex VSE screening buckets for excavator mounting feature hydraulic adjustment of drum distance to allow the size of the screened material to be varied in just seconds.

Drums are composed of elements with different-diameter disks, whose varying peripheral speed generates intense spinning of the material to be screened, resulting in higher output.

Screening elements are easily interchangeable. Because the VSE is shaped as a standard bucket, it facilitates and simplifies loading of material.

Extremely easy to use.

The Simex-patented mechanism allows the screening buckets shafts to be distanced or closed by means of a hydraulic system. This feature makes it possible to vary the output size of the screened material in only seconds via an operator control directly in the cabin.

Shafts are composed of elements with varyingsized disks, whose differentiated peripheral speed produces an intense whirling of the material to be screened.
