300 ton Crawler Crane

Sany SCC8300 crawler crane's maximum lifting capacity is 300 tons, with multifunctional boom system, the crane may support a combination of up to 11 types of operating conditions. The 300 ton crawler tower suits for various business requirements.

Superior Performance

• Cummins QSM11 engine with rated power of 298kW (400hP) @1800rpm complies with EPA Tier 4 and EU IV emission standards and delivers powerful and environmentally friendly power.

• The crane also complies with the European 2000/14/EC directive about noise emission by equipment for use outdoors, and its vibration meets the requirement of ISO2631-relative standard directive.

• The crane can work in the environment between -30? and 50? and can be operated at the altitude less than 2000m as well as in the extreme windy areas (only after installing some optional parts).

• The boom rated lifting capacity is 300t and the rated lifting moment is 1652Nm. There are seven operating conditions: H boom (20m~92m), combined boom (58m~100m), luffing jib (62m+66m), fixed jib (68m+42m), heavy fixed jib (74m+18m), combined boom + light fixed jib (88m+37m), and boom + luffing jib + light fixed jib (62m+60m+37m).

Safety and Reliability

• Switch between the operation and installation modes ensures the safety, and the crane's functions including real-time display of machine gravity and levelness, off-line stop, emergency electric control, lightning protection, and closed-circuit monitoring are highly convenient and reliable.

• The fully electrically controlled system is adopted with fault self-diagnosis function. An electrical back up system is also equipped.

High Return & Low Cost

• The machine is designed according to the ANSI B30.5 EN13000 and GB3811 standards, with the transport dimension and weight complying with the domestic and international road transport regulations.

• The winch dragged by the clutch for easy reeving can remotely control the assembly and disassembly of basic machine, and the quick-change rope connectors and winch wire rope head can support the self-assembly and disassembly of the whole machine.

• Automatic lubrication is provided by central lubrication system to key movement parts which substantially reduces maintenance time and workload. It takes no more than 30min/person for routine maintenance.
