Rankin Equipment TWIST600P

TWIST 600 has innovative basket rake assemblies which produce crop that is 75% cleaner compared to traditional rotary hay rakes. It can be either front or rear mounted, enabling simultaneous swath raking and baling, which accelerates the process of forage production.

Hitching system

The linkage in TWIST models enables connecting the lower links of the tractor’s front three-point hitch to either the bottom or the top slot. This allows the operator to set the machine’s ground clearance. In addition, the elongated slots make it possible for the rake to closely follow the ground.

KENNFIXX hydraulic handles

Tine bars

TWIST rakes have five bars with a large number of tines. This design ensures precise forage raking to form an aerated and untangled windrow.

Pressing roller

The pressing roller is a useful accessory that is available as an option. It helps to form the crop into an even windrow that fits into the clearance between the ground and the tractor’s chassis. This means that the crop does not get caught by the tractor’s underside.

Ground following wheel wheel

The ground following wheel features stepless adjustment to select the optimal working height of the tine bar. This solution ensures accurate ground following and turf protection.

Transport lock

The mechanical transport lock prevents any accidental unfolding of the machine in the event of failure of the hydraulic system responsible for hay rake folding. The lock significantly increases safety during transport on public roads.

Headland latch

During headland turns, once the baskets are lifted they are automatically locked in place. This prevents damaging the previously completed windrow

Control panel

TWIST 600 rakes are available in two versions. TWIST 600 has two pairs of hydraulic connections and is controlled directly from the tractor. TWIST 600 P has one pair of hydraulic connections and a compact intuitive control panel.

Support leg

With the foldable support leg the rake can be stored in an upright position, saving valuable space.
