Built for todays ever larger farms, Orthmans new drawn 1tRIPr XD delivers high efficiency with generous fertilizer carrying capacity integrated into a rugged, large-frame design. Designed, engineered and built to last for years of production, the 1tRIPr XD manages the Three Principles of Precision Tillage in a single pass and provides a clean, level, seed-ready seedbed in a variety of field conditions, including wheat stubble, cover crop, standing BT corn stalks and many more.

The 1tRIPr XD is available in 8- to 18-row toolbar configurations with 6- or 9-ton dry fertilizer packages, a 1,000-gallon liquid fertilizer package and an optional rear hitch for use in NH3 application. The 1tRIPr XD includes all the features of the Orthman Row Crop Tillage Toolbar, which utilized finite element analysis and rigorous real-world testing for engineered strength. Three narrow transport models allow for faster and safer field-to-farm transportation.

The massive XD lifting tongue shortens the overall machine length and improves ground clearance for optimum field-to-field transport maneuverability, while precision line-bored hinges provide more strength and smoother operation guaranteeing years of reliable performance. Smart features such as strategically placed hydraulic routing keep hoses and cables safe in the harshest operating conditions.

Orthman has you covered in areas of the country where width restrictions complicate on-road transport. The 1tRIPr XD is available in 12-, 16- and 18-row 30 narrow transport configurations. When folded, the 12-row version is less than 12 wide while the 16- and 18-row configurations fold down to 164 wide, providing unmatched safety in transport.

The Orthman 1tRIPr XD redefines accuracy in drawn equipment. On the XD, the 1tRIPr row unit's depth band coulters control the tillage depth and fertilizer placement row-to-row, and the optional John Deere and Trimble compatible GPS steering system steers the tires with sub-inch accuracy, allowing you to control dimensions of precision tillage.

If flotation is an issue in your operation, the 1tRIPr XD is your solution. The 1tRIPr XD is customizable to meet your farming needs with four different undercarriage options. XD tire options offer increased flotation and reduced rolling resistance when compared to the competition.
