CS/CSX Commercial Scrapers

The commercial scraper line includes the heavy-duty CS and extra heavy-duty CSX models. Orthmans rugged commercial scrapers are designed for applications not requiring the actual transport of material, and are built to provide years of reliable service even in the high-wear environment of everyday commercial use.

The durable CS line comes standard with a tilt axle for further shaping of the working area and balanced loading of the scraper. With 12 or 14 cutting widths and capacities of 5.5 or 6.5 yards, the CS scrapers are excellent tools for the construction of terraces, building sites, roadways and waterways.

CS scrapers are designed and engineered to last for years of use on your farm, and knowing that they will see many hours of demanding work, we have equipped them with replaceable cutting blades. Not only do they protect the scraper side plates, the replaceable blades give you confidence that a decade down the road, you can equip your CS scraper to cut as well as the day you bought it.

CS model scrapers come standard with a robust hydraulic tilt axle to provide more balanced loading and better worksite shaping. Pairing the tilt axle with 11LX16 8-ply ribbed tires mounted on massive 8-bolt hubs further enhances its precision grading abilities.

When you hook up to the CS scrapers swivel hitch mounted to its heavy-duty tongue with A-frame support, you are equipped to handle any worksite.

All pivot points on the CS scraper line are greaseable, allowing easy service and providing years of dependable use.
