Morbark's 23X Chiparvestor® whole tree chippers are engineered for durability, ensuring lasting performance. The enhanced chipper hood design facilitates easier access to the disc during maintenance and inspections, while its ample chipping diameter effortlessly handles larger trees. Each chipper disc undergoes ultrasonic testing, guaranteeing the highest quality in the industry.

Similar to its predecessor, the Model 23 Chiparvestors, the 23X employs a 75-inch (190.5 cm) diameter x 5-inch (12.7 cm) thick chipper disc for efficient wood chipping. Moreover, it features a built-in dirt separator with a deflector, maintaining the cleanliness of the end product.

The 23X boasts significant improvements over previous models, including enhanced ground clearance with four super single flotation tires for seamless mobility on rugged logging sites. Its 8’4″ (2.54 m) width ensures legal transport globally, while a simplified feed system with a two-wheel hydraulic feed system comprising a 28.75-inch x 42-inch (73 cm x 106.68 cm) top feed wheel and a 13-inch x 42-inch (33.2 cm x 106.68 cm) bottom feed wheel enhances operational efficiency. It also includes a spacious work platform for easier and safer disc inspections and maintenance, among other notable features.
