Engine

• Latest Stage V AGCO Power 6-cylinder / 7.4 litre engines deliver more power, torque, and performance at low rpm reducing operating costs.

ENGINE POWER MANAGEMENT - 20 HP BOOST

• These tractors have the considerable benefit of Engine Power Management (EPM), which gives the capability of up to a 20 hp-plus power boost, plus extra torque, whenever that bit extra is needed.

Reversible Fan

• This option maintains maximum engine cooling even in dry, dusty conditions. Periodically reversing the air flow direction for short periods while working blows dust and loose debris away from the cooling pack.

Dyna E-Power

• The Dyna E-Power, is the ultimate dual clutch technology, stepless shifting raising comfort, maximum power to the ground due to the mechanical conception, and the best fuel efficiency in its class.

Dyna-7

• Dyna-7 offers efficient operation of a total of 28 forward and reverse speeds in four ranges and seven seamless gears. This cost-effective transmission delivers smooth and intuitive operation in manual mode or can even be operated fully automatically.

Dyna-VT

• Stepless transmission brings complete operator comfort and optimum fuel efficiency at all times. New Automatic mode enables operators to adjust forward speed, while automatically regulating engine speed according to load and speed.

Protect-U Design

• The encapsulated engine contributes to ultimate engine performance improving cooling capacities by always getting fresh air. It also insulates the cab from noise, heat and vibrations.

Datatronic 5

• The Datatronic 5, touch-screen terminal, does not only manage the tractor functions, but it allows a complete control of all ISOBUS compatible implements. It also give access to the radio functions, permit to receive and make calls, and other functions.

Fieldstar 5

• An optional Fieldstar 5 terminal can be used to manage all of the relevant MF Technologies. It now also records the field boundaries and provides automatic field detection.

Control Centre Armrest

• The new Control Centre armrest fitted with the latest easy-to-use MultiPad lever provides complete fingertip control. This ISOBUS compatible lever operates all the tractor functions and includes an integral micro-joystick to control two spool valves.

Multipad Lever

• It operates the transmission as well as controlling cruise control, the rear linkage, PTO, headland management, spool valves through the integrated micro-joystick. All operations are easily to hand for greater comfort.

Power Control Lever

• Exclusive, simple, the unique MF Power Control lever provides straightforward three-in-one operation. Leaving your right hand free to use any implement hydraulics.

MF vDisplay

• The MF vDisplay digital dashboard shows all the tractor information at a glance. Easy to read and with intuitive operation, its clear display can be personalised and changed by simply scrolling through settings with a rotary knob by the steering wheel.

Load-Sensing Hydraulic System

• MF 8S Xtra comes as standard with 150 l/min Closed Centre Load Sensing hydraulics with the option of 205 l/min and 205 l/min ECO offering the highest flow at low engine revs to save fuel.

Optional Hydraulic Systems

• A 205 litre/min flow is an option, which can also be supplied as an ECO version, generating the flow at 1,650rpm (230l/min at max at rated engine speed). Up to five electronic rear spool valves can be specified.

Linkage Capacity

• With a three-point linkage capacity with 10,000kg and with powerful hydraulics, these tractors handle and operate large, wider implements.

Front Linkage Option

• A new 4,800kg capacity front linkage option, fully integrated into the tractor, comes with the option of an ISOBUS socket.

Wheelbase

• The MF 8S Xtra Series tractors are built on a 3.05m wheelbase that provides stability and improves traction when working with wide, demanding implements, offering up to nearly 10% more traction power.

TIGHT TURNING CIRCLE

SPEEDSTEER

• Reduces operator effort and provides faster turns - maximising your time in the cab. It enables the operator to adjust the steering ratio and select the number of turns of the steering wheel required for a given amount of steering angle turns.

Central tyre inflation system

• The Central Tyre Inflation System option quickly adjusts pressures to the optimum settings to help increase traction and reduce compaction.

Adjust the tyre pressure to suit

• The Central Tyre Inflation System is proven to reduce fuel consumption by 10% to 15%, as well as cut compaction by providing up to a 150% larger footprint. At the same time it can increase traction and reduce unnecessary tyre wear.

MF Guide

• MF Guide is MF’s full featured, hands free steering system, available on new tractors or as an after-market installation. It is capable of delivering sub-metre, decimetre and centimetre accuracy, increasing the efficiency of your farming.

MF Section Control

• With the fully automatic Section Control for ISOBUS implements, operators can apply seeds, fertilizer or Crop protection products without overlapping. This prevents double treatment and areas worked outside of the field edges.

MF TASK DOC

• The MF Task Doc system has a real place in the future of agriculture, helping farmers to become more productive through the knowledge brought by putting precision-measured data at the business owner’s fingertips.

MF CONNECT

• MF Connect service enables you — and your dealer — to coordinate, optimize and seamlessly connect your fleet, to better manage maintenance and remotely monitor equipment in the field.

Automatic headland turns

• MF AutoTurn automates the headland turn, automatically steering the tractor the  next wayline. Operators can choose from three different steering modes to suit the implements being used and the type of work.

Hands free headland turns

• AutoHeadland delivers completely hands-free headland turns. Using the GPS position from MF Guide, the system automatically operates all the functions required to carry out the headland management sequence when exiting one pass and entering the next.

ISOBUS IMPLEMENT CONTROL

• ISOBUS enables an implement manufacturer’s control system to be displayed on the Datatronic 5 or Fieldstar 5 terminals, saving owners and operators time and money, with no need to install additional monitors in the cab.

AEF ISOBUS CERTIFIED

• MF screens make ISOBUS management possible thanks to the Universal Terminal (UT) and manage up to 96 sections via the Task Controller (TC-SC). They can record and export data in the standard farming formats, such as ISOXML and Shapefile (TC-BAS).

MULTIPAD SWITCH ASSIGNMENT

• Most frequently used ISOBUS implements functions can be directly assigned to controls on the MF Multipad joystick (AUX-N). This greatly eases operation by providing fingertip control of the tractor and implement on the same lever.

TIM ISOBUS OPERATION

• Ultimate automation is provided by the advanced ISOBUS TIM – Tractor Implement Management – system. This automatically manages the tractor’s functions, such as the forward speed and hydraulic operations, according to the implement’s requirements.
