Powerful, precise hydraulics and a high specification make light work of every task – from shifting bales in the field or yard, lifting, stacking and loading to working in confined spaces and traditional buildings.

For access to really tight areas there’s the semi-compact MF TH.6030 and MF TH.7030 models. Like the standard machines, these have four steering modes to enhance manoeuvrability and all offer superb all-round visibility.

Massey Ferguson has completely transformed the MF TH telehandlers, which offer a giant leap forward in efficiency, productivity along with new levels of visibility, ease of use and comfort. This isn’t just an upgrade. It is a breakthrough.

Efficiency & Comfort

Comfort

Designed to provide operators with the next level of comfort and control, the spacious cab at 73dBA is much quieter. Place yourself in the air-suspended seat and you will find that everything falls to hand easily, with the Power Control lever on the left-hand side, colour terminal screen and joystick on the right. There’s even an integrated cool box. Superb visibility is assured thanks to the curved cab design, with mirror positions as well as a lower profile engine bonnet offering an unobstructed view of the rear three quarter right-hand side.

Quiet and roomy workplace

• The standard cab offers a 90cm of pillar to pillar width and, at 1.54m, an excellent ceiling height, while retaining an overall height of 2.49m. The compact models access lower buildings, measuring 2.10m on 20’’ tyres.

Joystick control

• Requiring 20% less effort than its predecessor, the multi-function joystick offers precise operation of the hydraulics and transmission. It can also be mounted on the armrest of optional high specification, heated seat.

Ergonomic control

• The switches placed to the operator’s right-hand side, are easy to reach. Identification is simple with backlighting and a new colour code: black for lights and mirrors, orange for transmission, blue for hydraulics.

Clear, colour 5’’ display

• All MF TH telehandlers come with a 5" colour terminal that clearly displays operating information. An intuitive menu makes it easy to navigate between settings and see the view from the optional rear camera.

New 7” display

• The new optional 7" touch screen allows you to control all the jobs in hand. It includes music settings & integrated radio, Bluetooth connection, rear camera and job management.

Optional Boom Suspension

• A boom suspension option, which activates automatically in response to speed, provides outstanding comfort and protects the boom during transport.

LED roadwork and working lights

• Optional LED work and road lighting increase visibility and comfort, enabling operators to continue working more safely and easily.

Performance

Suitable for use with a range of attachments, the telehandlers deliver high performance in a wide variety of applications around the farm.

Dynamic Tractor Management

• Automatic engine speed and transmission control. The purpose is to save fuel at high road speeds. The throttle pedal sets a target travel speed, and the engine revs adapt to suit the load.

Stop & Start

• Save fuel and machine hours with this function activated. The engine will switch off when you are not using your MF TH telehandler and restart as soon as the throttle or joystick are engaged.

Six models to handle every job with ease

• A choice of six models starts with the semi-compact MF TH.6030 and goes up to the latest MF TH.8043, which provides a maximum lift capacity of 4,300kg and height of 7.5m and can be equipped with a 3,500-litre capacity bucket.

COMPACT MODELS

• Measuring just 2.1m wide x 2.1m high the semi-compact MF TH.6030 and MF TH.7030 models provide easy access to the most confined areas. Their 100hp engines and 100 l/min hydraulics lift loads of up to 3,000kg to 5.9m or 6.75m.

STANDARD MODELS

• With 135hp engine and 190 l/min oil flow, standard models are equipped for demanding handling and transport applications as well as reduce loading cycle times. The quiet, comfortable cab eases operation with well positioned controls and perfect visibility

Economical, cost effective power

• Well proven engine design delivers more torque at low engine speeds, which improves fuel economy. Exhaust emissions are reduced using the latest technology that requires minimum maintenance, helping to deliver best in class ownership costs.

Power and efficiency

• All models are powered by a quiet running, 4-cylinder, 3.4l engine. This meets the Stage V regulations with an advanced, yet straightforward system with its components installed neatly under the slim, side bonnet, without any effect on the visibility.

Low profile engine bonnet

• The engine installation and basket design lowers the engine height which, along with the low profile bonnet, improves visibility to the right-hand side.

Easy access to maintenance

• Great visibility from reinforced side bonnet, which lifts completely clear for excellent access for routine servicing to reduce downtime.

Reversible fan option

• A reversible fan keeps the air inlets clean for maximum cooling efficiency. This can be set to operate automatically, depending on air temperature or it can be adjusted to work at pre-set time intervals.

Choice between two transmissions

• All models are equiped with an hydrostatic two speed transmission. For the models MF TH.6534, MF TH.7038 and MF TH. 8043, you have now the choice between the hydrostatic two speed or the continuous Dyna-CT transmission.

Control in the palm of your hand

• The Multifunction joystick lever controls both the transmission and hydraulics, along with operating the boom, boom float and bucket shaking function. It is light and easy to use, responding smoothly to small hand movements.

POWER CONTROL LEVER

• Massey Ferguson’s unique and exclusive Power Control lever, as used on the MF tractor ranges, provides straightforward three-in-one operation, leaving your right hand free to look after the loading.

HAND THROTTLE – AUTO MODE

• Hand throttle enables operators to vary hydrostatic transmission forward speed independently of engine speed, allowing you to optimise operations with powered equipment.

Optional 7in touch-screen terminal

• An optional 7" display enables operators to select the steering mode and the hydraulic flow or sequence from the screen, as well as view detailed job management information.

Reduced cost of ownership

• Hydrostatic transmission allows high engine rpm and low machine speed without braking. When going to neutral the machine is stopped by the transmission, while engine rpm remains constant, so reducing cost of ownership and lowering operator fatigue.

“DYNAMIC DRIVE” DRIVING MODE

• Operators can adjust the shuttle operation and throttle response to choose how quickly or slowly the transmission responds to match the application or conditions.

Smart Handling System

• SHS enables operators to set and adjust maximum hydraulic flow, regardless of engine speed, which provides precise boom movements as well as high engine power.

New Joystick control (2)

• A simple three-position rocker on the rear face of the joystick is used to select forward, reverse and neutral. A new bucket shake option, controlled by a button, helps to quickly fill and empty the bucket.

• Optimum hydraulic flow for the MF TH.6030, MF TH.7030 and MF TH.7035 models is delivered by a of 100L/min, which provides plenty of flow for all operations.​

Intelligent controls

• Intelligent automatic and adjustable controls ease operation with the load-sensing system allowing you to simultaneously operate three boom functions, while steering to speed-up cycle times.

High spec boom control

• With 4, electro-hydraulic, proportional spool valves, you can simultaneously operate 3 functions with high precision. A boom suspension option, which activates automatically in response to speed, provides outstanding comfort for transport applications.

Bucket Shake Option

• A bucket shake option helps to fill and empty buckets and forks, quickly and easily. Activated by a button the joystick, the shaking corresponds with joystick movement – providing control of the amount of action and the time.

Easy attachment coupling

• Attachments are coupled up quickly and easily thanks to the connector block and its pressure release system. A fourth and fifth service and electric socket can be specified to operate more complex implements, such as straw choppers and feeders.

Maximum height limiter

• A maximum lift height limit can be set using a switch on the control panel. This useful function improves safety and protects buildings by simply automatically stopping the lift at the pre-set limit.

Return-to-dig

• Return-to-dig sets the minimum working height of the boom when it is being lowered and retracts the boom before stopping at the pre-set position. This eases operation, increases productivity and protects the building’s floor or ground from damage.

• The choice includes Two-wheel steer; Four-wheel steer – for tightest turns; Crab-steer – for efficient filling, grading and working alongside walls; Semi-crab – sets the rear wheel angle - useful filling silage clamps or mucking out buildings.

Semi-compact models

• Designed specifically for handling heavy loads in confined areas, the 3t capacity, semi-compact, MF TH.6030 takes loads to 5.9m, while the MF TH.7030 lifts to 6.75m.

Semi-compacts improve access

• Measuring just 2.1m high and 2.1m wide, with two cab positions and four-wheel steering manoeuvrability, these powerful compact machines open up previously inaccessible areas to mechanical materials handling.

Dampened retracting system

The MF TH is designed to offer quick, easy, straightforward and cost-effective maintenance and servicing.

Protection from the working environment

• A 8mm thick belly plate protects the MF TH telehandler transmission and underside from knocks and damage – even when working in the harshest conditions. On the boom new protection covers reduce wear by protecting against ingress of dirt and dust.

Less downtime - more work done

• Access for routine maintenance is easy, thanks to the wide opening bonnet. Servicing is straightforward, with all the components including the filters, cooling package and AdBlue system well positioned for daily maintenance to maximise uptime.

Maximise uptime

• Good design helps reduce the need for servicing. Hydraulic Lash Adjustment avoids the need to check these manually – saving 20hr of service costs over 4,000hr of machine operation.

Straightforward servicing

• The air filter is removed easily for checking and cleaning. An optional automatic reversible fan, helps prevent dust, straw and other materials reducing the efficiency of the cooling package.

Wide opening bonnet

• The reinforced side bonnet lifts clear on gas struts to provide quick and clear access to service the engine, air filter, cooling system and air conditioning system.
