2017 Maschio Gaspardo TEKO 1200

Farmers who need a reliable compact machine with many solution of higher range will find in TEKO the answer. Available with mechanical or hydraulic folding boom and widths up to 18 m.

Work U boom is a model with hydraulic folding; during transport closed boom is folded rear vertically. Self-levelling is a standard feature, as the hydraulic 1000 mm lifting (1400 on SATURNO ONE and SIRIO models).

Work X boom is a model with hydraulic folding; during transport closed boom is folded rear vertically crossed. Self-levelling is a standard feature, lifting is manual or hydraulic (1000 mm).

Is the fully mechanical boom with rear X closing available on SAURO and GIOVE models. NOVA working width is 12 m and is available with or without mechanical self-levelling system; on demand can be installed a manual reel-lifter with safety device.

The mechanical boom for GIOVE sprayer: rear horizontal closing and folding upwards ends. Manual reel-lifting (1000 mm) is standard feature on both working widths (12 and 14 m).

To spray uniformly chemicals is a primary issue to keep the boom stable and always parallel to the soil. The stabilizer device has a key role in matching this target, specially when operating at high speed. On trailed machine booms are hanged to single-hinge or parallelogram devices between boom and frame connection. Oscillation is reduced by gas-pistons or return-springs.

Cleaning kit makes easier all operation at the end of the field work. Complete kit has 2 spinning nozzles for internal main tank cleaning (STANDARD). When spraying operation are temporary suspended and there is the need to rinse the circuit, DEVIOKIT by pass system avoids any dilution of product in half-filled main tank.

1100 or 1500 litres front tanks are availbale to extend SATURNO ONE field range to the equivalent of a medium size trailed sprayer. The empting of the tank can be cohordinated to the rear main tank one, this avoid any tractor unbalancement during field operation.

The control panel groups all the functions of the machine: all levers and main controls are clustered on the left side with clear indication for suction and delivery valves. Pre-mixer and hand-washing tap are very close to main panel to ease any operation in preparing treatment.

Pressure control units are available on 3 levels: manual, electrical or computer assisted (see table pag 23). Mechanical ones have a remote general switch to control the ON/OFF function from the drivers seat. Machines with the electric pressure adjuster have a set of electro-valves to control all the booms movements from a console installed in the cab; with this solution a single double effect oil fast plug is required.
