2017 Maschio Gaspardo SAURO 200

SAURO is ideal for small area farmers, horticultural grower and who needs to match the sprayer with reduced size tractors. Simplified design allow to quickly set-up treatment; operating and maintenance cost are very low thanks to many mechanical solutions.

Hydraulic folding boom for SAURO model, 2 cylinders make easy of 12 or 14 m boom opening. Self-levelling with automatic lock is a standard feature. Manual lifting is available on demand.

Is the fully mechanical boom with rear X closing available on SAURO and GIOVE models. NOVA working width is 12 m and is available with or without mechanical self-levelling system; on demand can be installed a manual reel-lifter with safety device.

BDL boom is made for simpler machines, manual opening has a spring dampened hinge. Working widths available are up to 10 m, with very compact configuration and low centre of mass when closed. Is available a further simplified version: BDL light.

The pre-mixer reduces contact with hazardous chemicals during preliminary operations, and begins product dilution with flow from the main tank. Bottle-cleaner nozzle allows to use 100% of product, reducing the wastes in empty bottles. A smart parallelogram with spring lock takes the basket in comfortable position for the user to pour product and move levers, at the end of preparation the pre-mixer moves back close to main tank.

Cleaning kit makes easier all operation at the end of the field work. Complete kit has 2 spinning nozzles for internal main tank cleaning (STANDARD). When spraying operation are temporary suspended and there is the need to rinse the circuit, DEVIOKIT by pass system avoids any dilution of product in half-filled main tank.
