A mechanical proportioning plural component spray system is a high-pressure spray system used to apply coatings consisting of two parts, a catalyst component and a resin component, when mixed together, become a single coating. The Spraymaster MP35 Plural Component Sprayer is a portable, high-pressure spray system used to apply plural component coatings. The Spraymaster MP35 Plural Component Sprayer can mechanically meter a two component mix of a pre-determined ratio. Typical applications include bridges, pipeline, storage tanks and water towers.

As the demand for environmentally-friendly coatings increases, manufacturers are producing coatings that release less Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC). Traditional coatings use a high percent of solvents to carry the coating to the surface. The Spraymaster MP-35 Plural Component Sprayer uses high solid coatings that have little to no solvents, reducing the amount of VOCs released in to the atmosphere, making it an environmentally friendly product.

Traditional paint methods require materials to be premixed in batch quantities with unused mixed coating requiring expensive disposal and requires that the entire system be flushed and cleaned after each use. The Spraymaster MP-35 Plural Component Sprayer reduces waste as the resin and catalyst are stored in two separate 25 gallon heated coating tanks and mixed only as needed.
