The KUHN SW 4004 self-loading trailed large square bale wrapper is the choice of those who demands high capacity, efficiency and flexibility.

Thanks to its solid design with hydraulic sliding system a unique ,,drive through concept is realized. This provides in the field in a wide entrance and extreme stability with a perfect view on the IntelliWrap controlled wrapping process.

The film rolls stretched by pre-stretchers are cut and hold firmly by the two scissors-type film cutters. Bales accidently dropped in a corner of the field can be picked up in a reverse way by the two pairs of steel rollers. By using the hydraulic sliding system a transport width of 250cm only is achieved. Via an ISOBUS terminal the drawbar with Cat. II swivel headstock can be controlled for unlimited turning angles. Up to 10 rolls of film can be stored on the strong designed drawbar. The oil supply of the SW 4004 can be given via the tractor hydraulics or via a PTO driven oil supply.
