The KUHN SW 1104 is a 3-point mounted square bale wrapper that can wrap medium square WxHxL (80cm x (60-90cm) x 180 cm) and round bales WxD (120cm 150cm x 100cm x 150cm). This static wrapper is ideal for wrap-and-stack operations. For example bales can be collected in the field and wrapped at the storage place, minimizing the risk of film damage.

With the remote control the wrapping process of the SW 1104 can be activated while you remain seated on the loader. The oil- and power supply may come from a tractor or stationary power pack.

The SW 1104 has a high speed square bale turntable which enables the film, coming from the pre-stretcher, to be wrapped around the bale. Once the correct amount of film layers are applied, the film is firmly held and cut by the hydraulic film cutter. The SW 1104 can be operated via the remote control, 2-handle cable control or computer control box.
