Overview

• ME-series Mulching heads are heavy-duty designed and built for severe applications. The geometry is configured to work effectively with the carrier range of motion without full extension of the loader arm cylinders to allow for efficient shredding and mulching. These mulchers are perfect for right-of-way maintenance, fire/fuel reduction, and clearing standing or felled trees and brush along fencerows, roadsides, waterways, and places that could otherwise be difficult to reach.

  • System features a variable-speed 107-cc (6.53 cu in.) motor providing cooler hydraulics, higher torque, and faster recovery.

• John Deere rotors offer the advantage of a bigger bite, more torque and in-feed capacity, and stronger construction. They are effective for larger-diameter intake as well as processing material into fine mulch.
• Split ring rotor design helps protect cutting tools from damaging impacts while working.

• Internal counter-combs within the back of the body shatter material, creating less demand on rotor tools while reducing the size of material debris and creating finer mulch.
• Cubit knife-style teeth are easily flipped to create a brand-new cutting edge, doubling tool life.
