Superior Cut Quality in Less Time

Achieve an even cut while mowing faster with the FM41 Series Flex Wing Grooming Mower. The baffle design of the mower deck controls the air flow to enable evenly cut material and eliminate streaking. You can maintain a high level of cut quality while mowing faster with the high blade-tip speed of 18,000 (ft./per minute), cut quality staying intact at speeds up to 5 MPH.

The parallel side frame combined with deck baffling on the rear half of the decks, promotes evenly spread material across the entire width of the deck, improving clipping dispersal, preventing clumps and windrowing.

Cut Height and Deck Overlap Adjustments for Ranging Conditions

Cutting height can easily be controlled with front and rear caster wheel adjustments, cutting height ranges from 1 ½” to 5 ½” allowing you to set your Flex Wing Grooming Mower to optimal cut height.

To ensure an even cut in a range of conditions, mowers decks have a 6” overlap. For operation in steeper, uneven conditions deck overlap can be adjusted 8.75”

Toolless Belt and Spindle Access

Toolless belt and spindle access improves operator ease. The deck covers are equipped with hand knobs that make it more convenient to access the belt, spindles, and spring-loaded idler.

Easy Drawbar Attachment

The FM41 Series features a single-point attachment to the drawbar. Coupled with the adjustable hitch height and hand crank on the parking jack, operators can easily fine tune height adjustments.

Transport Light Bar

The Transport Light Bar comes standard on the FM41 Flex-Wing Grooming Mower. Two lights, a harness, required brackets, and a SMV/SIS sign are included on the light bar.

Anti-Scalp Roller Kit

Reduce ground scalping and achieve a smooth cut with Anti-Scalping Roller Kits. The anti-scalping rollers are attached to the front or rear of the cutting deck.

Each kit contains 3 rollers (1 for each deck)

Hydraulic Wing Latch Release Kit

The Hydraulic Wing Release Kit will disengage the locking mechanism, allowing you to lower the wings and rear deck without the rope-pull. The transport latching mechanism automatically engages when the decks are raised into the transport position.

Rear Chain Shield

The Rear Chain Shield kit limits the amount and distance that debris can travel from the rear discharge mower decks.
