Versatile Hybrid Tillage Transports Under 12′

Ideal for congested roadways and narrow bridges, the 20′ and 25′ HT1110 Terra-Max offers variable intensity tillage that folds to under 12′ – perfect for narrow transport or smaller operations!

TurboSpeed™ blades provide multi-season soil management, leveling, and weed control, while a choice of finishing attachments offers enhanced performance to match conditions. For increased efficiency, add the Implement Command® System for in-cab monitoring and control.

Features May Include:

Basket Options

• Double baskets achieve the greatest leveling and finishing results, and are the best option for soils that are heavier or have a high moisture content. The single baskets are the most economical solution and are well-suited for lighter soil textures and field conditions. Active hydraulic down pressure is standard on both. Both are also available with a choice of flat or round bars to best match field conditions and soil types. Flat bars are more aggressive and are the best option for clay soils. Round bars are the preferred option in rocky conditions.

Maintenance-Free Gang Bearings

• Unique 7-lip seals enhance durability and simplify maintenance by preventing dirt and debris from collecting between the bearing, housing, and spool.

Rolling Spike Harrows or Chopper Reels

• Rolling spike harrows finish the work of the coulters to create a level seedbed. They are the attachment of choice for most applications. Chopper reels are the best solution for tough residue situations and help prevent viney residue from wrapping and plugging. They are designed to pin and bury residue, rather than rolling it back to the surface. Both are positioned between the blades and the finishing attachment.

• The innovative TurboSpeed blade produces unrivaled tillage results by combining the Turbo-wave blade’s soil penetration and breakout capabilities with the scalloped profile of the SpeedBlade™ to drive the blade through the soil. TurboSpeed blades are 20" in diameter and are spaced 7.5" apart.

Variable Intensity Tillage

• Achieve exceptional soil management, ground leveling, and residue control with adjustable front and rear coulter gangs. Front gangs adjust hydraulically from 0 to 8 degrees, while rear gangs adjust proportionally from 0 to 6 degrees.
