Ultra-Durable Tillage

Offered in working widths from 23' 9" to 33' 9", these heavy-duty chisel plows feature 900 lb. trip force for consistent tillage in the 8" depth range. The Ultra-Chisel’s optional rocking bolster system on the center rockshaft ensures even, steady depth control in undulating field conditions, offering unmatched depth uniformity when compared to other large tillage tools in today’s chisel marketplace.

The Ultra-Chisel does a complete job of tilling the entire 6" to 8" soil profile, often eliminating the need for a follow-up pass prior to the seedbed preparation pass. To create a vertically-tilled soil environment, Ultra-Chisel can be equipped with 7" wing points, which are specially designed to create total fracture across the entire profile rather than just rip slots in the soil. Alternatively, large 12" or 16" sweeps can be used for deep tillage and weed control. Optional rear-leveling attachments include a five-bar high-residue spike harrow, a three-bar heavy coil tine, or a three-bar heavy coil tine with a finishing reel.

30" Underframe Clearance

Choose Your Chisel Point

• Choices include 2" straight points, 7" winged points, 3" or 4" twisted points, or 12" or 16" hard-faced sweeps. Availability is based on shank spacing.

FLOATING HITCH

• The floating hitch allows the tractor and the machine's frame to pivot independently. All implement wheels remain on the ground to control depth, ensuring uniform and even tillage.

Heavy-Duty Chisel Shanks

• The Ultra-Chisel’s spring-loaded shanks have 900 lbs. of trip force for consistent tillage depth. Available in 9" or 12" shank spacing.

ROCKING BOLSTER

• A center-compensating rocking bolster keeps all four sets of center-frame walking tandems firmly on the ground in uneven terrain to provide excellent depth control. Standard on the 6333UC model and optional on all smaller sizes.

Single-Point Depth Control

• Adjust the depth across the entire width of the machine in one convenient place.

WALKING TANDEMS

• Walking tandem axles keep the mainframe height consistent so an accurate, uniform tillage depth is maintained. Plus, cutting-edge materials and state-of-the-art seals make the pivots maintenance free.

Optional 3-Bar Coil Tine & Hydraulic Reel Attachment

• This option enhances the finishing capabilities of the Ultra-Chisel. For added convenience, pressure on the hydraulic rolling basket can be changed on-the-go from inside the cab of the tractor.

Optional 5-Bar High-Residue Spike

• Five rows of 14" staggered teeth break up clods and level high-residue field conditions.

Optional 3-Bar Heavy Coil Tine & Manual Reel Attachment
