Trimming long fence lines or mowing roadside ditches can mean a lot of time on your feet with a handheld or walk-behind string trimmer. For properties with exceptionally long fences to keep tidy and roadsides to maintain, the DR 3-Point Hitch Trimmer Mower is the easiest solution! Ride in comfort while the tractor-mounted Trimmer Mower whips your property into shape.

Trim weeds and high grass within a whisker of fence posts, walls, and other obstacles as you simply operate your tractor. The spring-loaded mowing arm automatically deflects around obstacles, so there's no worrying about leaving spots untrimmed or damaging your posts. The 23" diameter steel guard allows you to safely trim within a half-inch of any obstacle. You can even adjust the amount of resistance they place against obstacles.

The pivoting deck is ideal for roadsides, pond banks, and any other areas with uneven ground. It allows the trimmer head to follow the contours of the turf, leaving it trimmed and tidy. And the adjustable-height anti-scalping wheel prevents damage to the ground. Cutting height adjustment gives you precise control over the height of the remaining grass. And don't worry about tough weeds — the DR 3-Point Hitch Trimmer Mower accepts all DR Trimmer cord, including our extra-thick 225- and 255 mil cords for slicing through tough weeds and grass. 
In order to ensure proper cutting and discharge of material, it is recommended that you not exceed 2 mph while trimming with the DR 3-Point Hitch Trimmer Mower.

Note: When purchasing replacement cord for this model, be sure to choose either the Quick-Lock 13" Pre-Cut Cord or a bulk cord roll.

Replace your trimmer cord in seconds while you're out in the field, so you're always working at peak performance. Simply insert a length of new cord into the Quick-Lock trimmer head and it is gripped in place instantly. Guaranteed not to pull out!

The DR PRO XLP 3-Point Hitch Trimmer Mower connects to the 3-point hitch mechanism and PTO shaft of any category 1 tractor.
