BOMAG’s BS 3 tractor-mounted spreader is ideal for evenly spreading powdered binders like cement, lime and fly ash in base stabilization and subsoil improvement applications.

It can be used with tractors equipped with a standard three-point category 2 and 3 power lift (ISO 730-1).

The BS 3 binder spreader can be mounted at the front or rear. When mounted on the front of a tractor, it makes sense to combine it with a BOMAG tractor-towed stabilizer. In tandem with the powerful RS 250 or RS 300 models, it forms a compact team that can be controlled by just one operator, enabling spreading and stabilization with just one carrier vehicle.

Such a system can be used regardless of speed, and is light and manoeuvrable at the same time. The radar sensor measures the tractor's speed and automatically adjusts the spread rate (volume).

Using a mounted binder spreader is especially practical and effective on smaller construction sites or where space is limited.

Thanks to the standard three-point hitch, the binder spreader can be easily combined with almost any tractor on the construction site. It is powered by the on-board hydraulics of the carrier vehicle or tractor with two dual-acting valves.
